"The staff and quality of food at this McDonald's are amazing and second to none! The managers, Ricardo and Vilma, alongside their other staff members, Wyatt and Darius, take every step to assure that your experience and food come out to your liking. They treat you and make you feel as family and make sure that every aspect of your order is taken care of to the highest level possible! This McDonald's is always clean, the food taste incredible, and the staff is always amicable and professional."

"I never thought I would say this, but this McDonalds location really impressed me. My food for the first time looked like they do in the commercials and the service was quick and respectful. Hats off to the team working today, Wednesday 24th, 4:30pm. I wish I would have taken a picture of my Big Mac. I saw it and devoured it."

"This is a newer McDonald's location and it's set up differently than other locations eating in the dining room is a challenge because the people in the kitchen can't even see the counter if someone is there waiting. I think this is a challenge that management needs to address. The drive-thru is usually very efficient except on weekend nights where you could be waiting in line for up to a half hour"

"Not gonna lie. This is the best McDonalds in Naples if you want to eat nuggets, they are amazing! All nuggets in Naples are like very soggy but this are just so crunchy!!!! The staff is very nice, and the manager is always paying attention to everything."

"Eating area needed to be cleaned up but tables were dirty and there was garbage on the floor. I guess they need a few more workers to take care of the inside eating area. They seem to be mostly concerned about the drive through."
